Students at The Well

Small Groups (grades 6-12)

Small Groups are the connection to authentic discipleship, new friendships, and tons of fun. In good times and bad, small groups are the source of life-giving relationships and support. Students will never experience all that God has to offer until they connect in life giving relationships.

Small Groups are divided by ages and gender and ususally cover a variety of topics that are relevant to students everyday life. Groups meet on Wendesday nights from 7:00 – 8:30 PM in homes throughout the Tri-Cities. We have groups meeting throughout the school year. You can see locations and request information about a group on our small groups page.

First Fridays

Each First Friday of the month we invite Junior High, High School & College age students from The Well as well as youth groups from all over the area to gather together, connect with one another, have fun and be encouraged in their faith. Our hope is the anyone that comes out for this amazing night of worship, teaching, fellowship and fun will leave equipped and empowered to the “next step” in their relationship with Jesus Christ.

What to Expect

First Fridays is a worship experience for students like no other! Designed to help students connect with God and with each other, each month you will experience a different theme that will encourage you in your walk with Jesus. From the lobby, to worship, to the message, and beyond, you will experience a fun, welcoming environment that is both inspiring and encouraging.

Doors open at 7:00 PM, we encourage you to come and hang out with us. We’d love to spend time with you! We spend some time hanging out and the service will begin at about 7:30 with worship, teaching, and sometimes a fun activity. We encourage everyone to stay for the “after-party” which is just an extended time of fun and hanging out typically with a local DJ and/or other live entertainment. We would love to have people stay for the entire evening but please feel free to come join us for any part of the night. Also, feel free to invite as many friends as you like, you do not need to be an attender of The Well to participate. If it’s your first time at First Fridays, we promise not to embarrass you in any way. We would however like to encourage you to locate a Team Member when you arrive so that we can help orient you to the service.
