Growth Track is designed to help you connect with that purpose. In Growth Track you’ll learn what it looks like to follow Jesus, connect with the church, discover your purpose, and ultimately make a difference with your life!

Week 1

Explore the history and ministry of The Well. You’ll learn our story, beliefs, and structure. Most importantly, you’re guided through the essential steps that every believer needs to take to become a fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ.

Week 2

Discover how God uniquely created you through understanding your personality and spiritual gifts. Finally, we help you get connected to a Dream Team that best fits your design and purpose!
